What do I need to do to register?

This one PDF document contains four forms:

A. Child's Registration Information

B. Payment Schedule Form

C. Health Information Form

D. Payment Credit Card Form

You have the option to fill the PDF form out online and then print it to submit to us or print it out, fill it in and submit it. Don't forget to sign in the appropriate spots.

Registration Check List:

If you would like to register your child, we will need the following:

• Completed All Registration Forms- The Think Sun Preschool Registration Form
• Send Credit Card Auth. Or a cheque dated now for:

$350.00 for Tues/Thurs classes
$365.00 for Mon/Wed/Fri classes
$560.00 for Five PM ESL support classes

• Credit Card Auth. Or a cheque dated for Sept.1 or before end of first month of attendance     

$195.00 for Tues/Thurs or
$210.00 for Mon/Wed/Fri or
$405.00 for Five PM classes

Post-dated cheques for remainder of year to May 1 OR VISA/MASTERCARD NUMBER MAY BE USED FOR ALL OR PORTION OF FEES. Please complete and sign credit card authorization form.

Confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of the above forms and fees. Because of the high demand for spaces, we are sorry that space cannot be held for you without these fees and forms.

Registration Deadlines

November 1, 

First day September, 2012 registrations accepted.

January 14

3:00 PM Last day for alumni to register younger siblings and alumni to register for Junior Kindergarten

January 14

3:01 PM Available spaces are assigned to new registrations based on time and date received.

January 15

Onwards ongoing registration space permitting.
